Parenthood asks so much of us.

Parenthood can bring anxiety, overwhelm, relationship strain, changes in identity, and a feeling that you're carrying more than you can manage. Counselling is a place where you can put down everything you've been carrying and focus on what you need.

I will work with you one-on-one to deeply understand what you're experiencing, what would be helpful for you, and how you might want to move forward. I use an integrative approach, which means I draw from many different research-backed methods to tailor your treatment to your specific goals.

Parenting often brings up parts of ourselves we didn’t expect, while also asking more of us than we feel we have to give. Whatever phase of your parenting journey you’re in, you don’t have to face it alone.
