I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor who works with adults, parents, and couples from all walks of life, both in-person in Victoria, BC and virtually across British Columbia.
A therapy session with me is like having a place to put down everything you've been carrying and having room to breathe. We'll make sense of everything together and create a plan that fits you and your goals.
Whether you know what you need, or you're trying to figure that out, you're encouraged to come as you are. I’ll create a space where we can talk about the tender things, explore the challenges you're dealing with, and clear the path ahead. If you’re ready for that kind of support, I’m here for you.
Meet Leah
As a counsellor and psychotherapist, I work with adults and couples through the difficult parts of life. Clients come to me for help navigating difficulties like trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm, patterns of stuckness, relationship issues, challenges that come with being a parent, and other major life transitions.
My approach is unhurried and steady, and each session is built on trust and belonging. I combine empathetic care with research-backed approaches that support you now and guide you to where you want to be.
